Gaku has only been posting his works on Instagram for just 8 months, but has already amassed over 30,000 followers.
The artist strips back apples, broccoli, lemon, radishes, and bananas - to name a few - and his carvings range from patterns to specific characters.
From dragons made from bananas to a teeny tiny carving of a Pixar character, Gaku explores many different themes and concepts.
