Ingredients

  • 4 bananas
  • 8 marshmallows
  • 12 squares dark or milk chocolate

Instructions

Split each banana in half lengthways, taking care not to pierce the skin on the other side. Carefully splay the halves apart and press 2 marshmallows and 3 pieces of chocolate into each one, alternating between the two. Wrap in foil and nestle between burning logs or coals for 3–5 minutes or until the chocolate and marshmallows are melted.

Scoop out with a spoon to eat.
