Ingredients

  • 65 ml chilled vodka
  • 4 sweet strawberries, sliced
  • 15 ml Fraise de Boise liqueur
  • 65-80 ml cranberry juice
  • 2 mini lamingtons (2cm x 2cm approx.), to serve

Instructions

  1. Muddle the vodka with the strawberries. Add a little crushed ice. Add the Fraise de Boise liqueur and cranberry juice, shake to mix.
  2.  
  3. Pour into glasses. Skewer a mini lamington and place over glass rim.

Cook's Notes

Oven temperatures are for conventional; if using fan-forced (convection), reduce the temperature by 20˚C. | We use Australian tablespoons and cups: 1 teaspoon equals 5 ml; 1 tablespoon equals 20 ml; 1 cup equals 250 ml. | All herbs are fresh (unless specified) and cups are lightly packed. | All vegetables are medium size and peeled, unless specified. | All eggs are 55-60 g, unless specified.
