Ingredients

  • 250 g brie wedge
  • 8 walnuts, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, finely chopped
  • salt (optional)
  • crackers, to serve

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180˚C. Line a baking dish or baking tray with baking paper. Add the brie wedge and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese begins to ooze, but not melt.
  2. Meanwhile heat a medium frypan over medium heat, then add walnuts and toast, tossing occasionally for 5-6 minutes, until golden.
  3. Pour the honey over the nuts and stir to combine. Remove from the heat.
  4. To serve, transfer the baked brie to a serving plate and spoon over the honeyed nuts. Sprinkle with rosemary and a pinch of salt (if using) and serve with crackers for scooping.
