Chargrilled vegetable salad with rocket and balsamic

Chargrilling vegetables gives them smoky superpowers in this salad, especially when combined with caramelised balsamic vinegar for sweet tartness, rocket for a bitter touch, and a crumble of feta cheese for saltiness.
