Lomi lomi salmon

Lomi lomi is a traditional Hawaiian salad, made with salted salmon, tomatoes, onions and spring onion. The name ‘lomi lomi’ originates from the Hawaiian word ‘lomi’, meaning ‘to massage’ or ‘to knead’, reflecting on the traditional method of gently massaging the salad ingredients together.
