跨年庆祝时喝酒无可厚非,但如果第二天宿醉,怎样正确解酒,清醒的迎接2018呢?

香蕉

酒后吃一些香蕉,能增加血糖浓度,降低酒精在血液中的比例,达到解酒目的。同时,它还能消除心悸、胸闷等症状。

蜂蜜

蜂蜜中含有一种特殊的成分,可以促进酒精的分解吸收,减轻头痛症状,尤其是红酒引起的头痛。蜂蜜吐司也是很好的选择。

梨子

取梨子2至3个洗净切片捣成泥状,用纱布包裹压榨出汁饮服。

牛奶

牛奶含有碱的成分能中合酸性酒精,对宿醉有帮助。尤其是巧克力牛奶更佳,因为它含有的黑糖,牛磺酸和儿茶素有助于分解酒精。

鸡蛋

鸡蛋含有甲硫氨酸能促进酒精分解,也因为富有各种矿物质,有助于精力恢复。

分解酒精時一定需要水,當身體的水分不夠時,容易出現宿醉的情狀,所以喝足充分水分,對於減輕頭痛、暈眩等症狀有幫助。

咖啡

意大利人相信咖啡是宿醉的解药。的确,咖啡可以促进血液循环。

当然,最好的解酒方法还是少喝,毕竟喝酒伤身!
