【六四30周年】SBS现场报道18万人聚集香港纪念六四

成千上万的人聚集在香港维多利亚公园纪念“六四”30周年,参与纪念的一些人是在悼念历史,另一些人则是担忧香港的未来。SBS记者从现场发回了第一手采访。

超过18万人聚集在香港维多利亚公园为那些在30年前“六四”事件中死亡的人点亮蜡烛守夜。

参与纪念的一些人是在悼念历史,另一些人则是担忧香港的未来。

SBS News在香港现场采访了多个参与活动的人士,听听他们怎么说。

“三十年前我和父母就在这里。现在我要把这个传给自己的女儿。我们必须传承历史。这就是为什么今天我和女儿在这里。她今天不是很明白,但是总有一天她会懂,她会告诉自己的孩子。我们只是要求正义、公平。一个政府不应该那样伤害自己的人民。”

Kingsley:“我们现在拥有的是因为过去人们所做的事情。所以创造未来是我们的任务。”

Kenny:“我们是社会的未来,我们不应该忘记‘六四’发生了什么。中国承诺一国两制,但是很快就变卦了。我们在为自己的未来抗争。”

Kensington:“最令人厌恶的是政府用无法令人接受的暴力对待人民。我参与这个活动有三年了,因为我希望有一天政府能够回应。我们永远应该记得先人为我们、为民主做过什么。”

“它提醒我自己去记住他们的精神和为民主作出贡献。我担心很多人不关心政治,他们不想作出贡献。很多人遗忘了历史,就让历史远去。如果我们这么做的话就会忘记民主。”

“我从父母那里知道了抗议活动。他们告诉我当时认为最重要的、那些学生牺牲自己要做的一件事情。我从大陆来,但是我享受香港的言论自由,我不希望香港向中国其他地方一样。我也希望香港可能保持独有的特质。”

“这很重要,不仅仅是为中国人或者是为了香港人。重要的是让全世界知道在1989年很多人在北京被杀害。他们否认它,但是我们知道那是真的。我们在香港有自由、有法制,每年我都来向世界展示,我们在做对的事情。”
随着时间推移纪念“六四”的人逐渐减少,但是今年的纪念的活动是近几年人数最多的一次。SBS News为您带来现场集会的图片。
