Philip Thon Aleu is a well known South Sudanese journalist, and he is one of the people who contracted COVID-19 as the Coronavirus case surges in South Sudan. The government imposed new restrictions in the capital, Juba. Philip narrated to SBS Radio how he is dealing with the insolation.
