The split within the SPLM/IO has turned the former loyal soldiers to Dr Riek Machar and Gen Simon Gatwech Dual are fighting each other at the border of Sudan and South Sudan. SPLM/IO Army spokesperson Simon Gatjiath Deng told SBS Dinka that forces loyal to Dr Riek Machar had attacked their base at Megenis, Northern Upper Nile.
