But it was the arrival of Lil Jon and Ludacris for a mash-up of Turn Down for What and Yeah! that really set social media alight.
While Usher's former mentee and collaborator Justin Bieber was in Las Vegas for the game, those hoping for an on-stage appearance from him were left sorely disappointed.
