4. Patterson's Breakers debut

Two-time All-NBL First Team pick Lamar Patterson was a massive signing for the Breakers and, along with Tai Webster, elevates them to title contenders. Huge expectation on one the NBL's very best for the past two seasons.

The Tall Blacks guard, who's spent the last two years at Turkish giants Galatasaray, says he's coming for the big guns: “Whoever’s playing my position every night is getting it. It doesn’t matter who, every night I’m coming for them."

His matchup against 36ers prodigy Josh Giddey is set to be intense.
