A heartfelt Las Vegas tourism commercial is being hailed a cinematic masterpiece by members of the LGBTIQ+ community after depicting the love story shared by two women.

The commercial's official description reads: "For a young couple in love, a trip to Vegas that starts as just a getaway turns into a life-defining experience."
Since its release earlier this month, the video has clocked over 700,000 views on YouTube and sent viewers all over the world reaching for the Kleenex.

"I'm sitting here crying at a lesbian wedding commercial for the LAS VEGAS TOURISM BOARD," one viewer wrote.

"How did the 'Visit Las Vegas' campaign just put out a better lesbian movie than most of the ones I've seen?!" wrote another.
The commercial is one of three 'Only Vegas Moments' videos, designed to build on the city's 43 million annual visitors.

“The introduction of ‘Only Vegas Moments’ celebrates the long-standing promise of adult freedom in Las Vegas by embracing contemporary storylines that are relatable to a wide range of potential visitors,” said Cathy Tull, Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority chief marketing officer.
Tull continued: “Through authentic and empowering experiences, the new stories highlight Las Vegas as a destination where being whomever you want is not just allowed, but encouraged."
