The Cook Up is back for a fourth season!

Season four of The Cook Up with Adam Liaw brings a fabulous friendly half-hour of food and entertainment into your home every weeknight.

In need of some dinner inspo? Well, good news, The Cook Up with Adam Liaw will be back on your screens for the fourth season from 20 February, with brand-new episodes filled with food, fun and laughter!

Every weeknight, Adam is joined by two foodie friends to create delicious food based on a different theme.

From chefs to comedians, authors, journalists, singers, actors, sports personalities, and everything in between, if they love food and love to chat, The Cook Up kitchen is where they'll be.

The fourth season will welcome an array of guests including icons of the Australian food scene Elizabeth Chong, Colin Fassnidge and Christine Manfield, paralympic medallist Col Pearse, and musicians like Reuben Styles from Peking Duk and Dave Novak from Polish Club, to name a few. 

Brand new to the series is the 'Ask Adam' segment, where Adam Liaw himself will answer the viewer's cooking and food questions.

For all the action, tune in every weeknight from 7pm on SBS Food.

Here's a sneak peak of the upcoming episodes!

The theme of the very first episode in 2023 (Feb 20) will be "Tastes like Home" where Black Comedy star, Craig Quartermaine, and chef and cookbook author, Rosheen Kaul, will serve you a delicious dose of nostalgia.

Renowned chefs Gabriel Gaté and Julia Busuttil Nishimura will join Adam in the Cook Up kitchen on the last day of February to cook one of the most versatile dishes in the world - pasta!

And for those with sweet tooth, don't miss out the episode "Proof is In The Pudding", where classically-trained chef, Warren Mendes, and award-winning actor, Pia Miranda join Adam to whip up mouthwatering desserts!
